Read what other parents have to say about their experiences working with me.

I am so grateful to be working with Alli. She is a walking encyclopedia of pediatric sensory OT information and has infinite strategies and tools to pass along. But rather than being yet another overwhelming resource, Alli is a gentle curator who *listens to you* and then carefully and considerately guides you to the “just right” strategies for your family. I came to her needing assistance with all four of my neurodivergent children, and she has not only helped me brainstorm ideas that work for each child and their various needs and strengths, but ideas that take into consideration our family unit as a whole. I leave every session with strategies that are customized, applicable, and, most importantly, DOABLE. And, by the way, she sends a post-visit summary via email so I don’t have to worry about remembering or writing down a thing in our meetings.

I also sincerely appreciate that Alli is the most accepting and affirming therapist I have worked with. She understands and acknowledges the challenges facing parents of neurodivergent children, in addition to those of the neurodivergent parents. I felt understood and supported by Alli within the first minutes of our meeting, and this continues to be true. She is a warm presence and generous with her knowledge, acceptance, and hope.

Work with her. It’s worth it.

We are so incredibly grateful to have found Alli. Living in Upstate NY and trying to find care and support for my daughter with sensory issues has been challenging to say the least. Because of this I have spent years reading the books, listening to the lectures, buying all the products and even taking classes online designed for OTs hoping to help her. It was exhausting and expensive and honestly a bit like finding a needle in a haystack. Worst of all was the cost to our family. I spent my days learning, stressing and trying to trouble shoot and it was an environment surrounded in stress, frustration and worry.

Then came Alli. Alli helped us truly breathe again in a way that seemed impossible. She helped me figure out a plan, to focus on small manageable, not overwhelming tasks and troubleshoot if needed. She helped me find out what my daughter needed instead of me trying to apply it all as I had in the past. Even more wonderful than that, she listened and encouraged me as her mother. Working with her my daughter and our family has made leaps. I believe it’s not just because of Alli’s OT knowledge but because working with her has allowed us to lay down all the stress and all the weight of having to figure it out all on our own. She does what many don’t she cares for the whole family.
